Warranty Information

• Our warranty covers all RD products from manufacture defect for a period of Two years if installed by an authorized dealer. If not the product carries a 90 day warranty
• The warranty applies to the original end user only. It is not transferable in any way.
• The warranty does not cover customer abuse.
• It does not cover amplifiers played under the recommended ohm load.
• It does not cover burnt voice coils as a result of overpowering or clipping.
• It does not cover products driven over there mechanical limits.
• Warranty claims must be filed through your authorized dealer who sold the product to you, Accompanied with a valid sales receipt.
• Damage resulting in shipping the product to or from RD Audio is not covered by RD Audio.
• If purchased through an unauthorized dealer there is NO warranty.
• Warranty does not cover the shipping costs to or from RD Audio nor does it cover the labor to have the product uninstalled or reinstalled in your vehicle.
• If your RD Audio product is out of warranty we still offer repair at minimal cost.
• It does not cover open voice coils or burnt tinsel leads
